Over the last several years, Philippe Brisson has participated in the strategic and tactical improvement process of various organizations and campaigns. He specializes in analysis, planning and supervision of the most delicate operations as well as in developing innovative precision tools customized to STRATEGEUM clients’ needs. An expert on the Plan Nord (Quebec’s northern/mining development plan) he works on several matters related to transportation, energy and sustainable development, such as the carbon markets, as well as the funding of logistical maritime and rail infrastructure. He has occupied executive and coordination positions, mainly in the public sector.
While pursuing his military course, Philippe Brisson studied at the University of Montreal, obtaining an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geography and then a Master’s Degree in Geography with his thesis, which was awarded the first prize in its category by the Quebec Association of Transportation (AQTr), addressing the Plan Nord of the Quebec government. After serving on the boards and advising committees of organizations such as Force Jeunesse, the AQTr, the New World Institute (INM) and the Francophone Association for Knowledge (ACFAS), he now sits on the board of International Connection of Montreal (CIMTL).
