Julie Bouchard brings expertise in project management and financial analysis to clients in both the public and the private sector. Her professional experience in Canada and the United Kingdom ranges from services and the environment to IT industries and from the UK National Audit Office to a global business process outsourcing provider. She specializes in financial modelling, costing analysis and due diligence. She also has considerable experience in market-entry strategies and business development, especially leading bids within the public sector in the UK and the European Union.
Julie Bouchard holds an Economics degree from the University of Montreal. She sat on the board of the university during her time there, as well as being involved on other associative and governmental committees. She then moved to London to complete her MSc degree in Public Management at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she specialized in accounting and IT management. Her thesis analyzed the implementation of cloud computing technology in the National Health Service (NHS) by developing a parallel to the United States case study. She is now pursuing a CFA qualification. She volunteers as an economic analyst for Pro-Bono Economics and as a project manager for an art and education charity.
