Over the last several years, Philippe Brisson has participated in the strategic and tactical improvement process of various organizations. He specializes in analysis, planning and supervision of the most delicate operations as well as in developing innovative measurement tools customized to STRATEGEUM clients’ needs. An expert on the Plan Nord (Quebec’s northern/mining development plan) he also works on several matters related to transportation, energy, technologies and sustainable development, such as the carbon markets, as well as the funding of logistical maritime and rail infrastructure. He has occupied executive and coordination positions, mainly in the public and associative sectors, and is now often advising local and cultural organizations too.
While pursuing his military course, Philippe Brisson studied at the University of Montreal, obtaining an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Geography and then a Master’s Degree in Geography with his thesis, which was awarded the first prize in its category by the Quebec Association of Transportation (AQTr). He has served on the boards and advising committees of organizations such as Force Jeunesse, the AQTr, the New World Institute (INM), the Francophone Association for Knowledge (ACFAS), MR-63 and International Connection of Montreal (CIMTL).
I addition to managing all STRATEGEUM operations, Philippe Brisson heads the firm’s key data intelligence practice.
