Adil Seif brings 25 years of corporate banking, consulting, and management experience in the financial sector, built across Canada and the UAE. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, corporate finance, risk and turnaround management, digital transformation, as well as executive coaching and mentoring, making him a trusted advisor whose value to clients extends well beyond transactions.<\/p>

Now based in the Middle East, Adil began his work in the region supporting companies and their leaders through restructuring in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis. Today, he serves as a strategic, financial, and M&A advisor to businesses both regional and international.<\/p>

In Canada, Adil rose to regional director and vice-presidential positions in corporate finance through his progression at leading institutions including the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), the Desjardins Group, and the National Bank of Canada. He has led M&A and project finance mandates for mid to large cap corporations, managing substantial portfolios and assets across multiple industries and geographies. His experience covers both investment and corporate banking, with deep expertise in commercial banking, cross-border financing, asset-based lending, supply chain finance, and capital markets.<\/p>

A lifelong learner and educator, Adil completed all of his studies in Canada. He holds a BBA and an MBA in Finance from the School of Management at the University of Quebec in Montreal (ESG-UQAM), where he later taught courses in finance and accounting. He has also pursued executive programs at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and holds certifications in Advanced Credit (Moody’s), Canadian Securities (AMF), and Investment Funds (CSI).<\/p>

Beyond his professional work, Adil has served on the boards of the Quebec Women in Finance Association (AFFQ), Transplant Quebec, several trade and business community organizations, and various sports-studies associations.
