David-Alexandre Paquette possesses more than 18 years of solid experience in relational skills and emotional intelligence in areas such as leadership of project management offices, IT, portfolio management, program implementation, project management, Agile and change management, within important corporations. Expert in softskills, professional coach, therapists and speaker, he helps decision-makers to be inspiring leaders through his tailored guidance. He mobilizes, engages and motivates each member of a team to bring out the best in them as seasoned professionals, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness and team spirit.
David-Alexandre Paquette holds a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from the Ecole de technologie superieure (ETS) of Montreal, a specialized graduate degree in Psychology – Personal and Professional Coaching from Concordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the Universite du Quebec a Montreal (UQAM). He teaches project management at his alma mater ETS. He also holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the PRINCE2 (P2) Practitioner certification from APMG International and the certification as a trainer in strategic development workshops using the Lego Serious Play methodology and material from the Master Trainers Association of this approach.
David-Alexandre Paquette is involved as a member of the Standards Council of Canada, for the elaboration of ISO standards. In addition to being a corporate administrator and touching multiple causes as a workplace social delegate, he is in the frontline for Centraide of the Greater Montreal and sits on the board of the International Corporation of Counseling Therapists – Canada (CITRAC), as Principal Secretary.
