David Delisle is a lawyer and manager with over a decade of experience, spent primarily between Canada and Italy. As a business lawyer, he has worked more specifically in commercial law, international negotiations, corporate documentation, as well as financial and technological restructuring. He has also owned and managed companies in the fashion, real estate and import-export sectors.
