Over the past 25 years, Christian Fillion has held various general management and operations management positions, as well as responsibilities for continuous improvement and quality, both within companies and sector associations. He had the pleasure of advising executives, professionals and managers in North America and in the EMEA zone (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Coming from big business and the aluminum industry, he specializes in strategic planning, organizational diagnosis and problem solving. His career has led him to deal with operations, human resources, project management, sales, marketing, Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, change management). He led, with his teams, the implementation of quality, health, safety and environment systems at the corporate level. He is recognized for his ability to deliver the expected results in a structured, structuring and measurable way.

Christian Fillion holds a joint MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal and the University of Quebec in Chicoutimi (UQAC), a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UQAC, a Lean Six Sigma black belt certification from the George Group and a technical diploma in chemical engineering, industrial production and environmental protection from Jonquiere Cegep. He is now a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of UQAC.
