Evariste Nsavyimana is a human resources management specialist who advises and has held leadership positions in many private companies, in Eastern Africa and Canada. He has worked in various sectors (mining, construction, oil and gas, industrial, supply chain, etc.) and in many African countries (Burundi, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo, etc.) as well as in the Canadian provinces of Alberta and Quebec. A sought after trainer in human resources management, he also taught at the Lac Tanganyika Institute, in DRC.
Evariste Nsavyimana has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Laval University in Canada and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Lumiere University in Burundi. He is fluent in four languages (English, French, Kirundi and Swahili). Having been a refugee himself, he has been involved with associations of the Great Lakes region, including Caritas.
